I took my cat to get an emergency spray she had a bad infection and paid for it a total of about 220 $ all together,they did the surgery and when I got her back she wouldn't eat or drink , so after a short time I contacted them and told them the situation and they was nice enough to come get her saying they'd check her over they had her for about a week and they claimed she was eating and drinking while they had her but they [never re checked her] like they said they would to see what was going on ,that's what they told me ,... read more

Lester, I’m so sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We drove out and picked up your cat as you weren’t able to bring her back in when she was having difficulty after surgery. Then we boarded her and cared for her a week where she was checked on daily by medical staff for free. She is not a very social cat, so understandably she couldn’t get a complete physical exam every day, but she absolutely received quality care. Great place that is very helpful. They run specials on Facebook page. You can get your pets fixed for pretty cheep. They also help with other thing. Inside has a cheep gift store as well.
Have had 2 dogs fixed in the last few months and they are very helpful and informative. I’ve even had to text the emergency number once and they were very quick to reply and ease my mind. Definitely recommend them.
