They were very friendly and compassionate. I brought in 6 gerals. I kept 2 and rehomed the rest They were taken to bet and checked out who highly complimented the kittens and cats surgery's.
Humane Ohio is awesome for TNR as they do not require appointments for the feral cats. You can’t always plan for when a feral cat will go into the trap! I also like that they keep the feral cats overnight since I don’t have a temperature controlled room to keep them in for the 1 night. The staff is friendly and the check in system is efficient.

I had contacted Humane Ohio over a week ago asking about the Beat the heat, I was told they still had openings and to call in, I called in multiple times a day and left voicemails, no call back, I message again through here, they asked me to be patient and they would get back to me. I call and leave another voicemail a week later and they finally call back just to tell me they filled it today. OK, SO I WAS JUST PUSHED ASIDE? AFTER CONTACTING FOR OVER A WEEK? Bad customer service, wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
Brought my cat to be neutered Monday the 28th of January with no fleas! Noticed him biting at himself the day after and FIND FLEAS! I have 6 animals in my house, 2 dogs and 4 cats and JUST treated them ALL for fleas around Christmas time and now I’m going to have to pay yet again another arm and leg for flea treatments! I AM LIVID!!! I knew something was up when I came to pick him up and they told the lady in front of me that her cat had fleas!!
