I will NEVER go to any of these places after reading the reviews. That is frighteningly triggering just reading this!! Rudeness to people is not recovery. Lying and hanging up on people trying to speak to their loved ones is not recovery. That's abuse!! The state needs to get rid of the deadheads to replace them with people who want to help. No body answers the phone
Tried to call this place to get some help and they were super rude and transferred me to like 4 different people. It was ridiculous. I hung up because that’s just irritating. 2.2 stars is terrible we need better mental health facilities in our communities.
Yeah, GO to the KNOLLS location if needed. The staff is inconsiderate/rude and treat you like a number, not a patient at the Richard Pryor(ghetto location).Especially the old white woman in the mornings, you could cut her ineffectiveness and an entitled,geriatric air about her with a spork....APPARENTLY, they will hire anybody with a pulse.AND THEY QUARANTINE YOU FOR OVER 12+HOURS in a small room that smells like a 3rd rate nursing home....DON'T GO.
