Place needs to be completely restructured. Do not go here. If your looking for help this is not the place. Un professional staff. Argumentative. Dirty place. Mold in showers and bathroom. The pitchers of water for drinking had calcium or lime build up on it. Disgusting. Would give a negative 5 stars. I will NEVER go to any of these places after reading the reviews. That is frighteningly triggering just reading this!! Rudeness to people is not recovery. Lying and hanging up on people trying to speak to their loved ones is not recovery. That's abuse!! The state needs to get rid of the deadheads to replace them with people who want to help. No body answers the phone
Tried to call this place to get some help and they were super rude and transferred me to like 4 different people. It was ridiculous. I hung up because that’s just irritating. 2.2 stars is terrible we need better mental health facilities in our communities.
