I usually like this place. Ordered a kids hot chocolate, they handed me a kids hot chocolate that was cold on the bottom and Luke warm on the top. Now I understand why they do it but at least mix it so the first sip isn’t cold. I asked them to mix and warm it up. They handed me a scolding hot chocolate that I couldn’t even hold because it was so hot. Now this could have burnt my 5 year olds mouth.
The barista was friendly and made me a great coffee.
Drove 20 mins to try a blended haystack add caramel and I wasn’t disappointed 😁😉

I won’t stand for a company that uses race and status of immigration to belittle their customers. This is shallow, disgusting and disappointing behavior that unfortunately is becoming a norm. I won’t ever buy from here again!
