I love this place and they always have my drink ready for me !
We have been to this location a total of 10 times and 6/10 times, they have messed up our order completely. And it's not that our orders are hard - two snowy mochas one decaf and one regular. Today specifically, my husband's drink is completely missing the powder so we paid $4.75 for a cup of coffee and milk. We will NOT be coming back and are very, very disappointed because the other location on 4th Plain was our favorite coffee place.
I understand the location is new, but over multiple trips the only consistent thing about the coffee is that they mess up my order. This location isn't very busy, so it doesn't make much sense why they mess up orders so regularly. I even have them read back my order before pulling up the the window, and then I still get a messed up drink. I've never been in a line of more than 3 cars, so it's not like they are juggling too many orders. The manager needs to properly train their staff.
Just visited for the first time the customer service was great and so was the coffee!! I think I just found my new spot it was amazing
