Recently spend $300 dollars buying clothes for my mother in-law that is in assisted living and can’t get out nor can we visit due to COVID-19. Bought her two pairs of pants and unfortunately the nurse at the assisted living said they were too big. One of the two tags on the pants got removed at the home but the tag attached to the back of the pants was stilled attached. We're sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but we simply cannot make exceptions to our return policy which has been in place since 2012. We have been lenient about time periods for returns because we realize it's a different year, but the price tags must remain attached and you must have a receipt. You came in without a receipt, and neither pair of pants had the price tags attached. If you have any questions, you can refer to the attached return policy.
