my mom had eye surgery there and they where nice and professional. But she needed a follow-up surgery to fix a slight problem with a tunnel vision. but they closed. now cant get problem fixed. and she paid cash!!!!
Hull is usually great. However, I had scheduled an eye appointment for my elderly mother in April, but when we arrived, they said that the appointment had been CANCELLED. There was no notice, and I had driven all the way from Monrovia, California to Lancaster to take my mother to the appointment. In addition, I had scheduled all of her medical appointments specifically during my Spring Break, so that I could take her to her appointments without having to cancel any of my classes, or postpone any of my students' lectures. They are totally awesome love how the staff treats me and my family and they treat us like we are family
As we speak there are only three patients waiting to be checked in and I have yet to see the eye doctor. The staff moves so slow you would think they didn't know what there doing. Not only that but if your insurance isn't current they're to lazy to update it for you. And the doctor has messed up every prescription I've ever had for my glasses. I can't wait to find another optometrist. This place doesn't deserve to be open.
Dr Sampson excellent.....very personable .....easy to talk to and knows his job and and his responsibilities to patients....highly recommend
Great staff & doctors. Highly recommend!
Doctor Sampson was great but the optometrist side was terrible, now paying out of pocket to see another optometrist. Couldn't see clearly with or without glasses they gave me after cataract surgery, 70% better vision after 1st week of treatment by new optometrist New rx for glasses will be needed a 3rd time.
