Normally I do not write reviews, and never wrote a negative review. But the service there deserves it. Very unfriendly service representative. Never got a Hello or Good Morning. It took him forever to contact the extended warranty company for their share of repairs. After he did so (it took him more than 24hrs to do), he never followed up. I had to do all this work and had to tell him the outcome. My contact was plenty nice but they just take a long time to to do The Works on my truck. I arrived at my appointment time and it took an hour and 15 minutes to do the service. It was over 30 minutes before my truck was pulled into the garage. Also, they have the most uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room to sit in for that long. Need better chairs for those that will be there for awhile.
