I lost my retainer somewhere at my mom's house in Ohio Friday night. I made my 6 1/2 hour emergency drive down on Sunday and called first thing this morning. You squeezed me in, and I knew that I might not get same-day service due to my "special" circumstances. Not only did you turn it around in 2 HOURS, it's a work of art and looks better than before!!! I'm leaving for Alaska this weekend for 6 weeks and I'm all set for a new adventure!!! Thank you, Wesley Chapel office!!! You saved my smile! �

I have never had such a positive experience when it comes to dental care. Everyone is vibrant, positive, extremely helpful, and very friendly!!!! The office is very contemporary and exceptionally sanitary. I am a stickler for customer service with any business; I have receive nothing less than World Class, White Glove service!!!! We are about to start our journey here in a few days. We are very excited and nervous. This was our 3rd consult for our daughter. This office ,the staff and doctors are wonderful. They answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything in great detail. We don't live near by and we are willing to drive an hour the wonderful care and service my daughter get.

My daughter and I went for our consultation last week and we loved it from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone was kind and helpful, very eager to make us feel welcome and explain things to us. They were super understanding when I forgot to bring something and found a way to get what was needed so our appointment could continue without a hitch!
