Office worker was locked outside the office and couldn’t get in so wasn’t able to help me with what I needed which was information on how to register my vehicle on the residential website and in result of that my car got towed because I parked in what used to be a visitor parking spot which was now a residential parking spot. The manager hasn’t answered phone calls and nothing can be done by the lady working in the office because she has no authority. Now I will not be renewing my lease.

The roaches pay rent more consistently than management does their job. Leaks, smells, enough cat poop to qualify as a wildlife preserve. I've seen abandoned buildings with better management. The roaches look happier than the residents. Management never completes work orders, treating them like spam emails. the outlets are hanging loose from the roaches in your walls about to burn you and your family up. The fact that I have roaches it took them almost a week to get my AC fixed and I haven't had any hot water since Friday July 10th I've been trying to call no one wants to answer so extra measures will be taken I even talked to the lady in the office on Saturday and she told me that he was coming and that he fixed it but when I got home I still had no hot water I called and she said that she spoke to him personally and that he would be over here.Here it is Sunday morning July 12th and I still have no hot water and nobody has ... read more
I just wanted to thank the management & staff for being so helpful and friendly when I have to go into the office!!! I can tell this will be a great property to live at.
