If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It seems no one in the entire place cared about a well-run restaurant. We waited 10 minutes before anyone took our drink orders and then we never got our drinks. Service was awful. Food was mediocre at best. After being eaten alive by mosquitoes, I asked if we could move inside and they wanted me to work that at out with our server...who didn't bring us drinks. I really enjoyed myself. I shall return. The staff was wonderful. It was great sitting outside looking at the lake for the occasion that I was attending.
My first experience about 2 months ago was AMAZING from the food to the waiter!! I then went last night with a friend and the waitress was horrible, she was lost and walked past our table several time without stopping to check on us at all...the Ribs were burnt on the outside and slightly undercooked on the inside...when I complained they brought me some new ones the same way!! I will give it another chance but it will be a little while!!
We had a fabulous and fun waiter. Our food was great, Hula burger our way. The atmosphere and scenery wonderful.
