Hi, I wanted to share with the Owner’s and Top Management of the worst incident I have ever had at a restaurant. I ate their with my girlfriend and a friend from NYC on Thursday. Spencer was our server. He was very slow to get our drinks and Food. When I asked him if they had given him too many tables, he replied that he was just having a bad day. We were understanding. The service was great. I didn't wait long to get a table.The food ok, anyway better than oasis's
Big fan of Hula Hut and huge fan of Chuy’s, but last night wasn’t good. Sat inside and it was pretty empty. The waiter only seemed to have indoor tables, but was slow and inattentive. Brought the food without our app and then told us they’d run out of queso and we’re making more. He came right back with it. The food was meh and it was items we’ve ordered plenty of times before. If this had been my first experience, it might have been my last.
Horrible food horrible service stay in town for a good meal
Great pleace! Great view! The food is not ok! Belive me the Enchiladas are not like they do it in this place :(
Beautifully orchestrated l love the place. Every time I go there the food is dynamic.
