She is the best infertility specialist I've met.ive had previous treatments else whee also.Dr.hughes is compassionate and doesn't do unnecessary procedures.She spends time with the patient to answer all their questions.Ive had a successful IVF with her.I would certainly recommend her to anyone with infertility.

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Hughes. I had been to other programs where I felt like I was just a number. With Dr. Hughes I had good detailed explanations of my problem and possible solutions. The office was very nice and the staff was very personable and helpful. I didn't feel pressured into overly aggressive treatment. Most important, it didn't take long for me to leave there with success.
I had a hysteroscopy to remove a synechia in my uterus. The surgery was a success! I am now expecting my 2nd child.
I was so impressed with IRMS, especially Dr. Garrisi. She was very helpful and put me at ease during all my visits. Overtime, I got to know her on a personal level and I felt cared for by her and everyone at Saint Barnabas. Dr. Garrisi presented me with all my options and ultimately we decided IVF was the direction to go in. She is a phenomenal person and doctor. Highly recommended!
I am so grateful to have met Dr. Chen. She is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and helped me tremendously through IVF after struggling for years to conceive. At first, I was very apprehensive to consult a reproductive specialist. But I felt completely at ease with her and she was very careful to make me feel comfortable and informed during the whole process. I highly recommend her to all women struggling with infertility.
I'm SHOCKED this doctor has good reviews. My reason for leaving was she was never on time. The office should open at 7, and regularly she would be running in at 7:25 through the back door. It started my day off angry, then I'd be late to work, let alone still not pregnant. I think because she was always late and running around, literally running in the hall, she missed that I have a septum in my uterus, which I needed surgery for. We had an excellent and successful experience with everyone at IRMS. I am thankful to Dr Chen. I had an experience with a well known place in NYC- realized I was misdiagnosed and was treated for the wrong condition. Dr chen had accurately diagnosed me and i was pregnant after my 2nd IUI. She's straight to the point and had a good plan fo us. Being desperate for a baby I wanted to do IVF but Dr Chen persuaded me to start with IUI. In my opinion Dr Chen was honest and had the right diagnosis and plan for us.
