I don’t recommend using them. So far, we are not satisfied with them. If you like speaking to someone who speaks to you and not over you, cutting you off, never lets you finish a sentence, then avoid Cathy. Hearing her speak to my husband has been super frustrating because he can barely get a word in. When we told her our wishes, she arrogantly chuckled, instead of trying to reason with us.
