Ive read reviews where ppl were dropped by this company, I can tell you I did not get a big settlement but they got what was the best they could get. My pain and suffering was worth a lot more but you can't make the insurance company pay what you want! You gotta take what you can get and count it as a blessing. I lost my first attorney and his assistant mid-way through my almost two-year process. By the time the settlement was reached, I learned that the opposing attorney representing State Farm was far too powerful for mine from H&C. They ran all over him. I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. Don't believe the hype they spew from the TV ads. I did and I am sorely disappointed that I trusted them to fiercely fight on my behalf. I had never been through a car accident before and on top of that I was several hours from home. The entire thing was a very stressful event on top of some minor soreness from the actual accident.
