If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had any type of communication with. They have a horrible staff who is incredibly clueless about the law. They have no concept of what their job is and take long pauses in answering simple questions. The intake staff who first takes your call are a bunch of uneducated people who don't use proper english. LOL, I called these attorneys the very next week, prayfully hoping that they'd work with me after my accident which was a slam dunk. I was hit from behind, pushed forward into another car and it was filmed by the traffic camera in Gallatin, TN. They sent me a letter they were not interested.

At 19 hit by a car as a pedestrian... Hughes & Coleman pushed for me to settle when I was not ready and for a very low amount. To this day I deal with injuries from that accident and regret choosing this law firm. After the case was closed it felt as if the attorneys (that I never met) rushed through the case as if they were paid off by Liberty Mutual to get me to settle as soon as possible and at the least amount possible.
