I can only rate what has occurred so far. I am only a few months into my injury case (midSept), but Danielle and Scott have made things as painless as possible from the legal standpoint. So far, so good. Let's see if I am still pleased with my choice when things are finished, whenever that may be.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had any type of communication with. They have a horrible staff who is incredibly clueless about the law. They have no concept of what their job is and take long pauses in answering simple questions. The intake staff who first takes your call are a bunch of uneducated people who don't use proper english. LOL, I called these attorneys the very next week, prayfully hoping that they'd work with me after my accident which was a slam dunk. I was hit from behind, pushed forward into another car and it was filmed by the traffic camera in Gallatin, TN. They sent me a letter they were not interested.
