Ed and his team were communicative, helpful, on time, did what they said they would do and helpful in resolving issues that are bound to come up when remodeling a bathroom. Bathroom looks great.
Very pleasant to work with, on time, hard workers, reasonable estimate, cleaned up well at end of project. However, parameters of project changed and not able to do fully what had been proposed--yet there was no offer to reduce cost, which I might have expecteded.
Ed Hughes was on time, did what he said he would do for the price we agreed upon, and was professional and courteous the whole way through. My job was a relatively small scale repair - so I was very pleased to even find someone to do it. Ed took it on and treated it, and me, as if it were a major $$ job. 5 stars - would totally use Hughes again.
The price was reasonable; the workers were professional and personable; and the job they did looks great. Not only would I recommend them to my friends and neighbors but I am planning on using their services again myself-- and fairly soon I hope.
