We started with Hudgins in 2001, then stayed with Hughes when they took over. Until the past few years, we were satisfied. No longer. Very unresponsive, difficult to contact, no communication as to when holiday trash pick up will be rescheduled. My biggest complaint is being informed that she will be doing half the work for the same pay, i.e 1 pick up vs 2. Nice work if you can get it! On the search for a new provider.
Hughes has completely ghosted their customers and will not respond to calls or emails. Update: they fixed their problems.
Not as reliable under the new ownership. You were always able to get an answer when you called them. Not the new ownership.
They will not credit your account when they are not able pick up an entire week when there is a contractual commitment they have been paid to do. Poor customer experience
