Very disappointed in this place my son was 1-2 appointments away from getting his braces off after 5 years and our orthodontist passed away suddenly. There was no professional courtesy discount applied at all. One would think after telling dr crafts office that they would work with patients to get their name on a list of 5 or so dentist there would be a discount but no there was not. We have already paid in full but they wanted us to play $1700.
