I’m giving two stars based only on my experience trying to schedule a consultation with this firm. I first contacted the office on August 7 about a family law matter in Menifee. They asked for my phone number, and I provided it right away. I followed up on August 13 and again on August 18. After calling several times on August 18, I was finally able to speak with Kate. I interacted with this firm as opposing counsel in a high-conflict family law case. My experience was that communications were adversarial, dismissive, and escalated conflict rather than helping de-escalate a sensitive custody matter involving a minor child. I found the approach taken by this office to be unnecessarily aggressive toward a self-represented parent, and I did not feel professionalism or neutrality was maintained throughout the process.
