I went to see this dentist because I had a tooth that was bothering me. The receptionist and nurse were both very nice. I dont like dentists but this one was good. When I got the shot, it did not hurt at all. I was surprised. It was definitely much better than other dentists that I had before. The work was done quickly and I did not have any problems with it afterwards. I am happy with this office and would come back for more work.
Piss poor service, horrible administrative/staff, rude dentists that lack knowledge to my questions, incompetent to their sales tactic in providing adequate services they promise to you. This place did not stand out as a top quality place to go. There are way better dental offices out there in comparison to this one.
Poor service and bad attitude by both administrative and dentist,will not go back.
Fast service. If you have a dental emergency and need to be seen right away, they will see you on the same day and take care of your problem. I had a toothache and found out that my previous dentist was on vacation. The receptionist referred me to call this place. I called this office and they saw me a few hours later. My tooth needed a root canal and so they worked on it right away. Good experience. I did not have any pain afterwards.
Convenient office. They are open 6 days a week and have some evening appointments. What I found is that the more experienced staff work during the weekdays and the new staff work on evenings and saturdays. So if you want to get better care, go in during the week. But if you cant take time off work and need to go outside of business hours, then at least you can do that too.The office is in a strip mall next to Target and Top Foods. My daughter had some fillings done at another office. The fillings broke shortly afterwards. I did not want to go back to that dentist. I went to Kent Family Dentistry and and asked them to help. My insurance would not pay for the fillings because they were done recently. Dr. Leung was very nice and redid those fillings for free. Thanks.
I went there and I was surprised by how nice and friendly the staff was. I was a new patient and they gave me a free teeth whitening kit after I had a cleaning, exam, and x rays taken. That teeth whitening kit is really great- I got a lot of compliments from my friends.
On my visit to Dr. Leungs office, my treatment was over \$500 but I received \$100 off because of their special. This place made me save a lot of money compared to my previous dentist office.
