While in his office I had my first episode of extreme leg shaking, he never once said we need to run test or something to find out what was causing my legs to shake to that extreme but all he did was catch me and helped me to the checkout desk. I was finish with him after that.
I felt obligated to make this review because I can’t believe how many negative reviews are on here. I was apprehensive before my first appointment after reading these reviews but I’m glad I didn’t let them sway me away from going to him. Dr Miller has been thorough, transparent, kind, and answers all of my questions. No complaints here!
I saw Dr. Miller about three years ago for a chronic headache. He prescribed the same medication for three consecutive appointments without any improvement. He ordered a CAT scan that did not diagnose the problem. I had to ask for an MRI. He ordered one without contrast. I found another neurologist in Cleveland who ordered an MRI with contrast and immediately diagnosed my problem. Thank goodness I didn’t waste any more time with him. He needs to retire ASAP.
The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was extremely dismissive the second he walked through the door, and acted like I was an annoyance for simply speaking. My husband and I had to pick our jaws up off the ground during and after our appointment, multiple times. He panicked me about a tumor I had, that really wasn't not necessary to panic about after consulting with other doctors. If he hates his job and patients so much, he should retire.
I was the patient, and the doctor spent the entire time making eye contact with and talking to my husband (who accompanied me) exclusively. My husband was also bewildered by the fact that the doctor kept talking about my health issues to my husband while I was sitting right next to him.
Dr Hugh Miller is the nicest Dr Ever it doesn't matter what anybody else Thinks
I'm completely confused by all the negative feed back. Dr. Miller was very thorough and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or made to feel our thoughts and questions weren't important. Dr. Miller was able to make a diagnosis that escaped other Dr's for the last 6 years. All of the staff were kind and professional as well. He gets 5 stars from me.
Good visit. Very knowledgeable, pleasant. I have confidence that he will be able to diagnose my problem after testing. He does not like to be interrupted. Seems that he has a series of steps that he works through on the visit. The step for Patient Questions is at the end. He does listen to you, if you wait your turn. My husband was with me, but I don’t know if that mattered. Sorry to all those people who had bad experiences.
How I wish the NNA would look at these reviews!!!! This man is the most rude egotistical person I have ever met... Why did God bless him with a special gift, just for him to use against the sick and suffering???? What a horrible horrible person!!! RUN!!!!
