I'm skeptical of this company - their unresponsiveness, their qualifications, and their work. After the gas company detected a leak, Hugee sent out a technician – four hours later than expected – who claimed he was qualified to fix the furnace. The technician tightened the fixtures and was very quick to claim he did not find a leak. But he did not do an adequate check. Anyone that is trying to use Hugee Coporation for their Heat/AC unit services, please read this before. This is one of the worst companies I had to deal with! They installed my new system all wrong and kept charging me money for services that could have been avoided if the system was installed right. Once I found out that the system was installed wrong they would not come rectify the problem. Please do not use this company. They are a rip off!!
