They put in my air handler about seven years ago had nothing but trouble with these people frome the start. Out several times because they didn’t rigged it right to drain. Called a few months ago and they reconnected the thermostat to their specs called them again and was totally blown off. Had to call someone else and they rewired the thermostat correctly said they had the heater and the a/c coming on the same time which cost me $2100 electric bill. They will never hear from me again!
