Well I have bought a total of 4 cars from Huff an shannon was my saleswoman each time. She has always been very friendly an helpful in choosing a car.. and huff always stands behind there cars. Very nice group of people .
Went to buy a car friday from them talked with a shannon(I believe that was her name), gave her my info and about an hour went by and I didnt hear anything so I decided to call back. She treated me as if I was bothering her by calling! Rude as could be to me as if she didnt need my business! Literally went 2 doors down to right way auto, bought a truck had all my paperwork done and was home for 2 hours before she decided to call me back, didnt even answer the call I was so pissed with her. Bought a truck here yesterday, noticed something was up with the brakes shortly after leaving... called them and without any hesitation from they sent me in for all new rear pads rotors and calipers free of charge, could not be happier with the service I've received.

Went in to look at a very much older vehicle. It was exactly as expected, not perfect but certainly far from unsafe. Dealt with Ira and John, both were absolutely polite and good to deal with. While I didn't leave with a car I'm rather impressed with how they deal with people.
