I want to say that this place is a very honest and very helpful dealership. you do not find places like this any more. Shannon is who help us get out of a bad deal and got us in something we really like. the owners are right there to meet you and that us a plus for me and my husband. they will not give you a bad deal. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Went in after leaving Seymour Ford!!! WOW what a complete difference in service. I looked around without being hounded and when I wanted to test drive something Jerry came out and was so helpful. Within a few hours I was the owner of a 2015 Explorer. When I left the lot the air conditioning quit working, took it back and they immediately said they would take care of it and I left with a loaner vehicle. bought a vehicle with a rotted frame. was never told about it til I had replaced the transmission. then had more issues got it fully inspected and found out the frame was rusted. watch what you buy. happy to return that lemon!!
