I first came into a very crowded office. I signed in and had a seat. I then watched the doctor and staff in action. Each patient got a maximum of 5 min. I was waiting for an hour and seen at least 12 people go a head of me. If you want to have any privacy about your medical condition. This place is not for you. I watched the doc. give out prescriptions at the window leading into the office. Where most people would set up their appointment. The Doctor was impatient and seems away on the run so they can get to next patient quicker . I did not feel that the Dr. cares about me that much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more caring heart. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
