Update- after reading the owners response it is very clear she has zero integrity and ignored the photos clearly showing awful extention work. She stands by this garbage behavior!! I had three appointments with Shelly for extensions. During my first visit, she quoted me a specific price for 24-inch extensions. First off I admit I asked for a crazy thing, leave the magenta that my ends were and cover my greys in a dark purple. Honestly I'm shocked that it took a month for the dye to half wash out of the grey. Now I have these sparkles in the tone. I can't be happier. After a quick Google search of “Shelby Roberts Hairstylist,” I found her beautifully designed website that showcases her expertise and exceptional level of care for her clients.
