Lawrence is a master at what he does every single time
I had been coming to this salon for years for a specific stylist who has always done beautiful work on my quite difficult hair. I always loved coming in there but recently found out my stylist was bullied out of there. It breaks my heart and disappoints me to know a big professional seeming place can let something like that happen. I will not be returning and would never want to support a place that allows that.
I STRONGLY urge you not to purchase products or other goods from this salon. I was specifically told that if I didn’t like a hair product, I could return it within two weeks for a refund. This had been done for me once before, and the money was refunded directly to my bank account. This time, when I came in to return a product, I was told by two different employees that the policy was store credit only.
