The install was flawless! Extremely happy with the outcome of my window treatments including the mechanical unit for sliding doors. At first I wanted to save money and figured the pull lines would suffice but when there was a mishap with the wrong color ordered for my order which Pamela immediately corrected the order this was a perfect opportunity to order the motorized units to open both sliding door treatments. I did a large shipment of more than. 50 boxes plus 15 pieces of art. All of which were wrapped by the Art storage facility except one piece It was an extremely large mirror that should have been crated. Bryan's was rude and demanding along with unprofessional. She never paid me to move a household of items they use to stage apartments.
