Just bear in mind for their hack about the move out inspection First of all, you need to pay for blinds cleaning service around $250, they will not tell you before you signed but in the tiny wordings in lease contract. **Update June 25/24: noticed that the cable machine has the broken cable strap accessory replaced and the A/C can now be turned on or off based on whoever is using the gym. Thank you for listening to my complaint. I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars as I am shocked that my complaint was resolved - and so soon! **Original review: For the amount that people pay to live in this building, you would think they could turn on the air conditioning in the gym. I had the privilege of residing in HW2 for about a year and a half while working at UVic. As someone who prioritizes a peaceful and safe environment on higher floors, HW2 was the perfect sanctuary for me.
