Management is poor and upkeep of the apartments is worse. Much cheaper and higher quality rentals elsewhere.

I lived here for 4+ years. The building is super clean and well maintained. The management is very responsive and professional.

Awesome rental, I lived here for just over 2 years upon moving to Victoria. The downtown location is convenient and the sound proofing is amazing! Getting anywhere in Victoria is easy with the unit being at the north end of downtown in between 2 major highways. Good management too, problems are addressed promptly typically with repair technicians coming the same day. Expectations for cleaning are made clear. There is also a nice gym and amenity room in the building.

I lived in a one bedroom unit here for over 3 years and overall it was a great experience. Laurel who is the manager for the property was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions or other things that needed attention. Jason and the rest of the maintenance team were also very friendly and quick to fix any small (and very rare) issues in my unit often within the same day! We arrived in Canada as new immigrants in 2024, with our 10-month-old baby. At that time, many places didn’t want to rent to us because of our little one, but Hudson District was the only place that opened its doors to us — and we’ll always be grateful for that.
