My mother-in-law had a fire at her house and needed a short term rental ASAP from the moment I contacted Laurel at Hudson district, all of our stress was alleviated. She was able to show us a short term rental with the option to extend to month-to-month in case the repairs on my mother-in-law‘s place went longer, and my mother-in-law was able to move in after three days. I was a resident here for about three years. Generally the management and services were good, especially the maintenance team who were responsive, professional and a great bunch of guys. Cleaning etc was also very However I was sorely displeased when, after paying in excess of $70,000 in rent and thoroughly cleaning my apartment before departure, they decided to retain almost all of my deposit. Living at the Hudson District for the past year and a half has been a great experience. The facilities are excellent, with the gym being my favorite feature. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and submitting them online was very convenient. I’d also like to thank Laurel Terry for her care and support during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this property.
