Paula Brown is a NIGHTMARE AGENT, maybe the worst I have ever dealt with in my life! She is unprofessional, a poor communicator, and disrespectful of other peoples time. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone buy or sell a property with her or any agency she is associated with. Would have loved to buy in Troy Tower, unfortunately it seems she has a monopoly on the listing there. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere…
