Tom was absolutely awesome as my realtor when buying an apartment in Cornwall. There were several realtors I talked to, but Tom stood out because he listened, he followed up, he gave me honest and candid advice, and fit all the showings into my crazy schedule. Best choice I made was working with Tom. When it comes time to sell my place, there is no question whatsoever on who I will list it with - it'll be Tom Grazier. Bill

Tom is helping us to relocate back to Orange County, NY from PA. He seems to have a good handle of what it is we are looking for and almost every day sends us a new listing to review. I am impessed with his work ethics, his attention to detail and his genuine concern to assist his clients in finding the right home for them. I am confident he will do the same for us.

Tom was a great help to us during our home search. He is very honest and helped steer us away from homes that would not be in our best interest. We had a lot of bumps along the way which would have been diuficult to overcome without Tom's positive attitude. Even when we had a sale fall through on the day of the closing, Tom was always there as an advocate to make sure our interests were foremost on his mind. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a home. You will not find a more dedicated agent.

I would highly recommend Melissa and her team of realtors. They did a wonderful job every step of the way and were the most respectful and helpful realtors myself and my wife have ever worked with. We've done a few buys/sales/rentals in the past and no one was as good as this team. I will certainly use Melissa if I have the need for a realtor again in the future.

Melissa is a FANTASTIC realtor! We used her to both purchase a home and to find a renter for the home we were living in at the time (which is on-going).
