Melissa went above and beyond my expactions in selling my house. She made the whole process as painless as possible. Communication was excellent with her. She answered all of my questions, even if they were on the weekends. If you want someone that can do the job right, this is who you need. She sold our house in 3 weeks (houses in my area were taking months to sell if at all). She is professional, honest and has a great personality. I am going to recommend to her everyone I know.

Tom's background in construction came n very handy as he was able to point out all the structural strengths and weaknesses of the houses that we looked at. When shopping n a lower price point or looking at older homes, that knowledge is invaluable. Also, Tom had a very good knowledge of the area. Laurie helped my husband and I find our first home and she nailed it! We searched for just under a year and Laurie helped us the whole way. Tom was wonderful while helping us look for our new home. He literally brought us to see fifty houses in Orange and Sullivan counties! Sometimes I would call him last minute to view homes and he'd make it happen. I am very particular and Tom's patience was extraordinary. I know that I am not the easiest customer.
