Updated Review: I had my car repaired here for an engine check light. The service team told me the issue was with the spark plugs and coil, and they charged me $670. Just one week later, the check light came back on. When I returned, they said the whole engine needed to be replaced. I asked why I was charged $670 for spark plugs and coil if the actual solution was an engine replacement—at least I could have saved that money. My 3 stars are genuinely only here because of the finance manager and the general manager, Leon, that we ended up dealing with because of our salesperson. I worked in car sales for over a year and I have never met anyone like Ramon, the salesperson I was originally sat with. I drove over 3 hours to get here, it took him 30 mins+ to put gas in my car that I was purchasing (I had asked to have it filled prior, because I was hoping to get there and go) I was at the dealership for a little over 3 hours. Fui hacer un cambio de aceite y pedí aceite sintético ya que es mejor cálida y más caro, le pregunte al mecánico qué aceite le iba a poner y me dijo que en sus papeles decía convencional es un aceite de menor calidad y más barato esto no debería para con los clientes de la Toyota
