Lisa gave me the best highlights ever, I asked for a very subtle brunette balayage and the end result looks exactly like my picture inspiration! The highlights are blended super well (they will Look good straight or wavy)! I also see Ayesha for brows and she always does a great job!
I’m never a person to complain or leave bad reviews, but after my experience here, I thought it was necessary. My appointment was scheduled for 12, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get sat in a chair (I was fine with waiting, but it was a long time). The shampoo was really relaxing and nice. Overall, I was just very disappointed with my experience. Booked well in advance and was notified last minute that my stylist was unavailable, okay. I specifically requested no pressing combs because of my current minimal heat regimen and the fact that my hair is very fine, when I made the appointment I was assured this wouldn't be a problem, and yet, once I arrived and the new stylist (Jolisa) began on my hair, there were lots of whispers and hushed discussions with supervisors before the stylist informed me that she would ... read more
