Rent increase is too high been here going on 6 years, how is it fair to just keep having it go up so much. 1579 you could find a house for that price and have privacy. Letting low income folks struggle even more

Love my apartment been here awhile only thing sucks is no matter who moves in above us they are always ridiculously loud no consideration that there's a family below them. Just running non stop booming loud on the floor making stuff on my walls rattle. It's ridiculous, having kids is no excuse to be so inconsiderate. Can't even relax when I'm home have anxiety from all the banging and stomping.
