Have been complaining about my upstairs neighbors since last year in December. Feel this is not being taken seriously they are affecting my mental health and physical health from the stress of them non stop running banging on floors at all hours they let their kid wake us up between 4am to 7am he jumps and runs and screams throughout the apartment bothering everyone in my household. Worst upstairs neighbors we have ever dealt with torture living under them been here 6 years and they are the worst people we have ever had to deal with, disgusting behavior
Love my apartment been here awhile only thing sucks is no matter who moves in above us they are always ridiculously loud no consideration that there's a family below them. Just running non stop booming loud on the floor making stuff on my walls rattle. It's ridiculous, having kids is no excuse to be so inconsiderate. Can't even relax when I'm home have anxiety from all the banging and stomping. Complained numerous times it's still freaking terrible!!!!!
