I do like the doctors. This review is for the office staff. Condescending, haughty and without empathy. I was not informed that my insurance was out of network and was being billed hundreds of dollars. Nice enough but this is a red flag for unprofessionalism. I was never apologized to for the mixup and when I offered my insurance card I was told that they didn’t need it. Now I know why.
Had our consultation for two children and we were very impressed by the professionalism that the staff and Dr. Hillarie showed. I would recommend this business to any and all that need Orthodontic service!
Friendly staff, made my son feel very comfortable with the idea of getting braces!!!!
