I had a frustrating experience at the Hudson store near Gate B4 around 7/4 8:40 a.m. I was traveling with my two young kids and stopped to grab some snacks and water. I used the self-checkout, but one item wouldn’t scan and needed help. Cynthia, came over and signed in, which changed the screen to something that looked more like an employee interface. I had a very disappointing experience at the Trail Market across from Gate C3. The cashier, Cynthia, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Nearly 97% of the items I attempted to purchase would not ring up in the system, and instead of assisting or trying to resolve the issue, she simply refused to allow me to purchase them. Customer service in a situation like that should involve problem-solving and courtesy, neither of which were shown. Normal airport new stand. Snacks, drinks, package sandwiches, gum, razors, the usual stuff marked up 300-500%. Self checkout. Convenience store in an airport.

I attempted to buy magnets that were buy 3 get 1 free, and the items were not ringing up properly. The sales associate reached out to the store manager to ask how to proceed. The store manager, who was off site, did not respond via text in a timely manner (we waited around 10 mins for a response).
