Downstairs in our restaurant we serve lunch and dinner daily (except Mondays), and offer contemporary American cuisine. The two erstwhile jail cells remain and house the wine cellar, and the walls and ceilings are covered in the original pressed tin dating from the 1800s. Phenomenal Food & Decor Phenomenal food and sprits; collection of art and photographs of family and the Hudson Valley area add such an extra dimension to the experience, it's Indescribable !

Matt hudson and his staff member Jose are so welcoming and so much fun not only serving up Great food drinks and decadent desserts but laughs and while hearted fun.
Beautiful restaurant & food is delicious!
Ate there for the first time tonight. octopus appetizer was great-tender and flavorful. The gnocchi and summer corn for a main was great. Seasonal ingredients done right. Service was also great, friendly but not fussy. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Hudson House! The food is excellent!! It’s not just the food, but the warm greetings and amazing service we received (Thank you Jose!) is what made this place exceptional! We will definitely be back ❤️. Matt made us feel so welcomed, Thank you!!
Since this is phase 2 after COVID hit we dined outside. The service was great and the food was excellent!
