I gave birth here via VBAC and honestly was one of the best hospital experiences I have ever had. This was my third baby and they made sure all my wishes (ex. Breastfeeding, delayed cord cutting, skin to skin) were made true. The staff was wonderful, straight forward, cheery, and great at everything they did. I definitely recommend this place.
"Hospital policy" is be-all and end-all. Much more important to them than a patient's voice or body autonomy. Stay away.
Negative 10 stars Went to ER for severe pain. The ER staff told me they are not there to diagnose people; they just get people well enough to leave the ER. Who knew?! Doctor recommended medication that was totally inappropriate (glad I knew what it was). They do not do imaging or give pain medication. Referred me to a specialist that doesnt exist in hudson. Seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the state. Left no better than when I went.
