Had very bad service today. My front radar went out on my 2017 Murano. It’s under warranty. After installing the new one, the guy asked me if I had wrecked it. I said no. He said are you sure we can tell it has been painted over. My car was bought new. It has never been wrecked and it has never been painted over. I do NOT appreciate being made feel like I am a liar. service, salesman are great, good people. they did me wrong on the detailing part, they did a bad job. piss poor job on the detail side. but recommend buying a vehicle there. they worked with me and took care of me

I went back to Jesse Wells because 4yrs ago I went in and tried to buy a car, however was unable to because of my credit. So grateful for wonderful community support! This morning one of our YMCA vehicles was transporting meals when the belt in back passenger tire broke. Our driver was able to make it to Huck's and called me. I told him I could come change it but he felt that Watermark Ford may be able help and he was right! We serve meals to more than 500 kids a day and time is of the essence. They put our spare on with no charge so our driver could be on his way!
Shout out to Phil and his crew in the service department. Took care of an issue on my Ford Explorer and was by no means obligated to do so. Great customer service experience.
