They load up appointments right when they open so you have wait over an hour to get anything done. Truly unacceptable.
Their scheduling team is highly unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment 6 months ago and they called to cancel the week before. When I was able to talk, the person helping me lied, saying they were trying to call me for a month. I confirmed my first phone call was only a week before and he back tracked. They were unhelpful and did not give me any other choices on the weekend I requested.
Small / cramped practice, when I walked back and saw a woman getting a procedure openly (no private individual rooms!) I walked out, felt very 3rd world country.
