the worst attention , they don't have empathy and they make me wait for an appointment 3 months with Dr.Mark and then they changue the appointment with a nurse and I have to wait again 2 months more , my daughter is too bad with allergy
JERSEY CITY OFFICE CLOSING ON MAY 22 2024. Went to see Dr. Mark Weinstein for a hive issue in his Clifton, NJ office. His consultation was valuable. He took his time to explain the cause and treatment options one by one in logical manner. He was honest about what he knew and what he didn't. Great. Definitely, I was there last Tuesday, and I received the best service , I will be outside try to find the place but one of the customer service call me and help me to find the place , the medical assistant he is so nice I really feel very welcome and comfortable in the place, the doctor is extremely good. Dr. Weinstein is absolutely amazing - a humorous, approachable, and highly professional allergist. However, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience at this clinic. I can't pinpoint where exactly things went wrong. During my last visit a month ago, I completed all the necessary paperwork to schedule my allergy shots.
