0 Star : My Experience Had the car less than 48 hours and the paint on the hood started cracking. The original estimate was given to me and what repairs were needed. They said insurance approved it and was ready for me to bring it in. Insurance also said it was approved as well. After the car being in the shop for 2 days they call and say insurance isn’t going to pay for this to be done. Had to do out of pocket for the repair.
