Maybe walk around the vehicle with the customer when they drop it off and take pictures and write notes so they don’t forget anything? Quick service, friend upbeat, hard working group. They go above and beyond exceptions. Not only did my Buick damage disappear with no indication it ever happened, the detailing made it look brand new and it was a nasty mess!
