5 Star : My Experience 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Only issue was they didn't realize there was a pinstripe that had to be done or they did and the pinstrip guy had to reschedule. I had to wait 3 extra days for my car (weekend). Not a.n issue really...just inconvenience that wasn't their fault. 4.5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Did not expect clear coat over minor hood dings. Was told all damaged and adjoining panels would be blended, painted and re-coated. Also removed headlights and saw that edges of damaged panels were not well covered with paint. Likely to rust in short order. 4 Star : Customer Service Employees were personable but repairs were a bit of an oversell and underperform. 5 Star : Returned Clean
