I bought the car here brand new card and i have been to the service department for the 3rd time and still having issue, now they don’t are only pre owned dealer im guessing why
Avoid this dealership, been chasing them for damaged console from day one. Promises , promises and promises , zero results. And finance office corrupt, Trade in promise for $1, 000 and she cut a check for $879 without explanation although promise to make it right. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away

edit again: they closed the jeep service dealership, so cant really comment anymore regarding this edit: I went again and the service was amazing, really shocked compared to how it has gone at other dealerships. I dont think the person who answered the phone from my original review knew what maxcare was. Again surprised but pleasant experience here. They told me they dont accept maxcare but only 3rd party ones they sell, which is weird since Maxcare is a mopar warranty that every dealer has to accept so I was confused. Dont ... read more
