RecommendedI love the quality of the food here, and the fact that it all gets made fresh, to order, each time. The bagels are wonderful, there is a huge choice of sandwiches, and the coffee is better than most in town. I am never disappointed in the food. (It could use a bit of a cleaning more often, though.)
Unfortunately it may have been the day, but I’ve been several times recently and found the shop to be quite uncleanly. To add: the service was sub-par with the amount of staff in house. (Seven including the owner.) My toasted bagel with spread took nearly 20 minutes and was unfortunately, luke-warm, astoundingly similar to the greeting upon entry.

Poor quality in hot chocolate
Incorrect quotes, customer service is lacking, & they didn’t give me everything that was supposed to be included with the meal. Not impressed - I’d say stick to the other bagel places in the area
I bring clients here often and the owner always treats us very well. I like reserving the conference room so we have a private space. We usually eat out in the main room though.
Tried to visit on a Sunday at 6pm, google and the door said closing was at 8pm but the doors were locked. When I called to ask why they were closed the girl on the phone couldn’t tell me a reason and said they’d been closed since 3 even though when I went there I still saw staff goofing off in the front of the store.
YUM! I hosted a bridal shower in Hudson and found Hudson Bagel & Coffee Co. online. I did a bagel catering order and they delivered it to us. The order was perfect, and the bagels were the best bagels we have ever had. Everyone at the party couldn't stop raving about how great the bagels were. I was glad I ordered more than what we needed, because they were such a hit. I will for sure be back. Their cheese topped bagels were by far the biggest hit in our group. I highly recommend Hudson Bagels.
